For a combined 184 years, The Tubar/Eureka Industrial Group has been a solutions provider by designing and manufacturing custom equipment that meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. From moving eggs to moving brick, we develop and manufacture custom material handling equipment to meet your needs.
We can handle capacities as light as 50 lbs. to as heavy as 12,000 lbs., dump as low as 4 inches to as high as 40 feet and can dump your product at any angle above horizontal including a complete 180 degree inversion. Take a look at our products below.
Box Dumpers are machines that rotate a loaded hopper with a square, rectangular, or octagonal container, to the required discharge height and dump angle of our customers. These dumpers utilize Duel Hydraulic Cylinders and Power Units to do the work needed to dump loads up to 12,000 pounds and heights up to 40 feet. A Tubar Box Dumper is available in several models and has all the options to meet our customers' needs and to keep production moving:
The TD Drum Dumper can be custom built to fit the customer's specific requirements. Units are available in standard dumping heights from 36 inches to 60 inches with standard load capacities from 750 to 1,200 pounds and can be designed as stationary, portable, or power-driven models. Units are equipped with adjustable locking clamps which keep the drums secure.
Tubar TD Series Dumpers are used to feed parts or material wherever needed. Units dump into receiving vessels and containers, or onto conveyors and other work surfaces.
Line Power to customer's voltage provided. Includes T.E.N.V. or T.E.F.C. motor and NEMA controls. Special motors and controls are available. Also offered are battery operated models which include 12-volt or 24-volt automotive type system with battery charger.
Tubar THD Dumpers can be specifically engineered and constructed to meet your exact needs. Completely hydraulic to provide fast, clean pouring of solids into high vats, bins, hoppers or mills. It raises the drums vertically, then arcs for dumping and pouring.
On a slant mast, the mast channels are slanted at an angle instead of being perpendicular to the floor. This option gives the customer the capability to span larger distances between the loading point and the discharge point, thus eliminating additional conveyors or other equipment. Most high dump options are available. The Slant Mast Option is available on all of Tubar’s Box and Drum High Dump Dumpers.
